No-obligation rental advice
Get in touch for a no-obligation consultation — we look forward to meeting you. Our initial rental advice is free of charge, discreet, and non-binding. During an introductory meeting, we explain how we can best assist you, run a quick scan of the property, and share our vision along with advice on the rental price and a non-binding quote.
- 02
File creation & marketing presentation
Once we receive the assignment, we compile the digital rental file: the right documents, the lease agreement, and an attractive presentation of the property. We list it on Signature Listing, Funda, Pararius, and social media, and work with fellow agencies, relocation companies, and businesses seeking rental properties in the higher segment.

Launch
Once listed across all platforms, we reach out to our network and send targeted mailings. We schedule individual viewings or organise a rental event, sharing our knowledge and advice along the way.

Contract formation & rental
Once a suitable tenant is found, we screen them on finances, employer, and references. We record every agreement in writing, draw up the lease, and provide legally sound advice — supervising the signing and completion of the agreement before, during, and after check-in.

Aftercare

Rates
A fixed rate, or a subscription
We work with a fixed rate of 9% including VAT (7.5% excluding VAT), calculated on the first year's rent. For owners letting multiple properties, we offer a subscription-based model — the rate depends on the number of properties, the period, and the scope of marketing, giving you continuity in rate and a property that stays let.

Screening, rental price, timing and costs — the questions owners ask us most.
Every candidate is checked on income and employment, references from previous landlords and, where relevant, company details. We only present tenants we would accept ourselves, and we explain exactly why a profile fits your property.
We combine recent lettings of comparable homes with current demand in your segment, the level of finish and whether the home is furnished. During the no-obligation consultation you receive a substantiated rental price and a quick scan of the property.
Preparation of the file, photography and presentation normally takes one to two weeks. Well-presented homes in the higher segment often find a suitable tenant within a few weeks of launch, and some are let off-market before publication.
It depends on your target tenant. Furnished and upholstered homes appeal strongly to expats and shorter stays and achieve higher rents; unfurnished usually attracts longer tenancies. We advise per property, based on demand at that moment.
Yes. With off-market letting there is no portal listing and no public price: your property is shared directly with our trusted network, relocation partners and registered tenants.
